A little about me...

I have drive. I don't run away from challenges, I handle them head-on.  I'm not a fan of stagnation. I need to have the opportunity to grow and I like to work with companies that want to grow.

 In 2010 I was the Marketing Director at a ski area in New Hampshire when I decided I wanted to get a MBA and live abroad.  In 2011 I moved to Brazil to start school at FIA international business school and I didn't speak a word of Portuguese. 


Since then I've:

  • Become Fluent in Portuguese
  • Earned a MBA 
  • Co-founded and sold a startup
  • Made front page news in Valor Economico (The Brazilian Wall Street Journal)
  • Been a keynote speaker on several occasions
  • Held executive level marketing positions at an agency and another startup
  • Designed an innovative national digital marketing campaign for a car 
  • Been live on stage in front of 1,7 million people


I established myself well in São Paulo, a city of almost 20 million people. It is one of, if not the, economic centers of South America and I'm now in Denver, Co looking to continue my career.

I have a proven track record of increasing CLTV, decreasing churn, optimizing CAC and increasing Conversions with my digital campaigns. Every time I start a new one campaign, I start with a key concept. What does customer success look like.


I discover what the customer’s desired outcome is and figure out how they can achieve it. I then make sure they are having an appropriate experience throughout the process. This is what leads to the customer’s success, which is the nucleus that all other measurable KPIs revolve around.


I am an expert in many tools that handle automation, email, analytic, SEO, and web advertising. Tools like Hubspot, Sharpspring, RD Station, Marketo, Zapier, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Kiss Metrics, Google Ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Outbrain, Adroll, Google Search Console, Firebase, Fabric, App Annie, HootSuite, Google Tag Manager and SEM Rush.


However, anyone with the technical know-how can build a digital marketing campaign that generates leads, but tailoring campaigns to target the most qualified clients with the greatest potential for success is how companies achieve sustained growth. With a solid foundation in statistics I’m able to make informed decisions that get results quickly.  Digital marketers need to be data scientists. Only by analyzing data can we shape campaigns to attract leads with the most success potential to feed the flywheel of success. In my years of working in digital marketing the best results have always come when customer success is ingrained at every level of the organization and success starts with client qualification and acquisition. In my 13+ years of experience I’ve refined solid methods which detect and attract clients that will be satisfied and loyal.
